Warranty/Returns
Products are covered under a limited warranty. Warranty only covers manufacturer defects, not user error.
Warranty void if product is tampered with, which includes but is not limited to modification of the product by the user (ex please do not dremel the adapter thinking it is the cause of a gas leak).
Send us an email at sales@blackvariable.com with the following information:

- Email Address
- Order Number
- Serial Number
- Photo/Video of Affected/Malfunctioning Area
- Additional Information regarding the problem (PSI settings, tank setups, etc
Return shipping costs may apply on a case-by-case basis. If the reason of return is due to changing one's mind/not defect-related, the shipping cost is generally not covered.
Manufacturer defects, if any, are determined after inspection.
